Danish jewellery group Pandora launched a 17-piece collection with British makeup artist Dame Pat McGrath on 8 October 2026. The charms and rings carry McGrath's makeup motifs into jewellery, from lip-shaped signet rings to enamel hearts and beauty-product dangles, and are available worldwide from that date.

The launch followed Pandora's second-quarter report of 12 August, which showed organic growth of 3% and like-for-like growth of 1%. The release presents the project as a creative partnership, and McGrath hosts the launch events.

Why Pandora is pairing with a celebrity makeup artist

Pandora's latest results give the partnership some context. In its second-quarter report, the company said organic growth was 3% and like-for-like sales rose 1%. It raised its 2026 organic growth guidance to 0% to 3%, from a previous range of -1% to 2%. Chief executive Berta de Pablos-Barbier said the company has made progress on revitalising its growth.

Pandora has been testing other new work this year. It started a platinum-plated jewellery pilot in the Netherlands in July, with a wider test of selected designs across markets planned for the fourth quarter. Its Garden of Dreams spring theme, backed by marketing and in-store merchandising, contributed to growth in the Timeless range.

Creative partners already play a visible role. Pandora Wonders, a multi-year brand platform launched in July, had its first chapter co-created with stylist Harry Lambert and debuted in Paris during Haute Couture week. The McGrath capsule adds another named creative voice to that approach.

The stated rationale is creative. McGrath has said that makeup and jewellery have always been part of the same art form. Pandora's creative directors, Francesco Terzo and A. Filippo Ficarelli, build the collection around the idea of colour as a means of transformation. No unit or production figures have been disclosed for the 17-piece run.

Seventeen pieces built from makeup motifs

The collection has 17 charms and rings. The designs include lip-shaped signet rings, charms with a glossy ombré enamel heart, dangles shaped like beauty products, lipstick charms with crystal details, and medallions carrying mantras.

The palette runs through red, purple and gold. The pieces are designed to be layered on necklaces, hoop earrings and bracelets, and to be mixed across metals. Enamel and crystal are the named materials. Wallpaper notes that some product names refer to mixed-metal and lab-grown diamond pieces.

Wallpaper says McGrath drew the symbols she chose from her own visual language. Pandora's creative directors say the materials are applied in new ways to create surfaces with depth and emotion.

Prices and channels differ by region

Regional prices vary by market. Luxe Digital reports €39 to €199 in Europe and $58 to $250 in the United States. The Zoe Report gives the same US range.

UK figures are less consistent. Business Today reports a UK range of £35 to £190, with the collection launching on Pandora's UK website and in selected stores. Wallpaper's product listings run from £35 to £267, so the top UK price is reported differently.

The lowest UK price, £35, is the same in Business Today and Wallpaper, while the Europe and US ranges start at €39 and $58.

The launch date is 8 October. FashionUnited says the collection is available worldwide from 8 October, and Luxe Digital and Wallpaper both name Pandora stores and pandora.net as the channels. The Zoe Report names the same website and select stores.

How the campaign and launch events are staged

The campaign was photographed by Sølve Sundsbø and styled by Emma Wyman. Models Ava Shipp, Chiharu Okunugi, Ali Dansky and Alton Mason appear in it, with hair by Ryan Mitchell and video by Willy Busfield. McGrath did the make-up herself.

Pandora is holding launch events at various locations worldwide, and McGrath hosts them, according to the release.

The campaign revolves around self-expression and the power of colour, and red lips, nails and striking charms take centre stage, surrounded by the jewel tones associated with McGrath.

“Pandora is taking a makeup artist's visual vocabulary and turning it into jewellery meant to be layered, mixed and collected.”

What McGrath says about makeup and jewellery

In the release, McGrath frames the project as one creative practice. She says makeup and jewellery have always been part of the same art form, and that jewellery comes from the same creative instinct but is permanent. Business Today reports her contrast: makeup is temporary, while jewellery can be kept and worn over time, collecting memories along the way.

Wallpaper reports that she did not want simply to shrink beauty products into jewellery. Luxe Digital says she wanted familiar beauty symbols to take on their own character.

In Wallpaper, McGrath says the pieces could be collected, layered and made completely their own, and that the wearer decides what each one means. Business Today adds that both makeup and jewellery can change an overall look without changing the person wearing them.

Business Today reports McGrath saying the collaboration began with colour, which has been central to her work throughout her career.

What the tie-up says about beauty and jewellery partnerships

The announced range is 17 charms and rings.

Both sides use similar language about self-expression. Pandora's creative directors focus on colour and surface depth, and Luxe Digital reports that McGrath sees the partnership as resting on a shared belief that creativity and self-expression should be something everyone can participate in.

For Pandora, the tie-up adds a named beauty figure to a brand programme that already works with outside creators. Its latest reported figures show organic growth of 3% and like-for-like growth of 1% for the second quarter.

Pandora's own report says its spring theme, Garden of Dreams, contributed to growth in the Timeless range.
