Manhattan Standard Live
Manhattan Standard Live is our events program: conversations on the record with the people making decisions in New York business, real estate and city government.
What we run
- On-the-record interviews and panels, conducted by our editors.
- Briefings tied to our reporting, where the reporters take questions.
- Smaller roundtables under agreed rules on attribution.
How the programming works
Our editors decide who appears and what is discussed. Sponsors support events and are credited, and sponsorship does not buy a speaking slot, a subject or approval over questions. Where a sponsor appears on stage, that is disclosed from the stage and in the program.
That separation is the same one that governs our reporting, and it is the reason the conversations are worth attending.
Dates and tickets
We announce each event with its date, format, speakers and ticketing when the program is confirmed. We do not list events we have not yet booked, so this page will always be shorter than we would like it to be.
Subscribers to our briefings hear about events first. That is the most reliable way to know when something is announced.
Taking part
To propose a speaker, suggest a subject, or discuss sponsoring an event, contact us. Speaker suggestions go to the editors; sponsorship enquiries go to the commercial team, and the two are handled separately.
